Special Feature

The Dalmore 12 Years Old gains its unmistakable character through carefully coordinated cask maturation. The whisky first matures in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak. A portion is then finished in selected Oloroso sherry casks before the whiskies are blended together again. This creates the typical balance of bright fruit, dark sweetness, and spicy oak.
