A. Right of Withdrawal Instructions
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as follows, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Weber and Marco Ploch GbR, Schulstraße 46, 90559 Burgthann, Germany, Tel.: +491705517839, E-Mail: dante.weber@gmail.com) by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminution in value of the goods if this diminution results from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, delivery of which can only take place after thirty days and the actual current value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market on which the entrepreneur has no control.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not resident in a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
General Instructions

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please do not send the goods back to us postage unpaid.

Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
