Westward Whiskey – American Single Malt from Oregon

Westward Whiskey is produced in Portland, Oregon, from 100% regional, malted barley. Fermentation takes place with special ale yeast, followed by double distillation in copper pot stills. This artisanal care combines American distilling tradition with the demands of a classic single malt.

Westward's unique selling point is its finishing in ex-Pinot Noir casks from the renowned Willamette Valley. After the initial maturation period in new American oak, the whiskey receives its characteristic finish in these wine casks, which impart deep berry aromas and the elegance of Oregon winemaking. The deep red label with gold accents visually reflects this connection.
