Bowmore Distillery – Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Bowmore is one of the oldest active single malt distilleries in Scotland and is located in the town of Bowmore on the island of Islay. The distillery was founded in 1779 and has been producing single malt Scotch whisky continuously ever since.

Bowmore's style combines peat smoke with maritime influences and fruity notes. Maturation often takes place in bourbon and sherry casks, resulting in balanced and complex whiskies.
