St. Kilian – German single malt whiskey

This German distillery, located in Lower Franconia, was founded in 2016 and its production methods are strongly based on Scottish models. Among other things, Scottish stills are used.

The style is diverse, ranging from unpeated to heavily peated bottlings. Maturation takes place in a wide variety of cask types.

Bottling usually takes placewithout cooling filtrationandwithout added colorant.
