Caol Ila Distillery – Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Caol Ila is a single malt distillery on the east coast of the Isle of Islay, overlooking the strait to the Scottish mainland. Founded in 1846, it is one of the largest distilleries on the island.

Caol Ila's style is characterized by distinct peat smoke, maritime notes, and a comparatively light, approachable structure. The whiskies are considered typical of an elegant, straightforward Islay character.

Only single malt Scotch whisky is produced.
