Highland Park Distillery – Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Located in the Orkney Islands in northern Scotland, this distillery combines influences from the Highlands and island regions. It was founded in 1798 and produces exclusively single malt Scotch whisky.

The style combines gentle peat smoke with notes of honey, heather, and spice. Characteristic features include the use of local peat and maturation primarily in sherry casks.
