🛒 Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Stripe, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days on weekdays. For limited editions or pre-orders, we will inform you separately by email.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@whiskyquartier.de. We will try to accommodate changes before shipping – however, we cannot guarantee it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after every successful order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Germany and all EU countries. The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. To EU countries, it takes 4–8 business days; internationally, it may take longer.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?
No. For legal reasons related to youth protection, delivery to packing stations or PO boxes is unfortunately not possible. Delivery is exclusively to a residential address where age verification can be carried out by the delivery person.
What happens if I am not home for delivery?
Since personal age verification (18+) is required upon handover, the package cannot simply be left. The delivery person will leave a notification for a new delivery attempt or collection at the nearest post office.

Can I cancel my order?
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of goods. Please note: alcoholic beverages that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., opened bottles) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Unopened bottles can be returned.
How does a cancellation work?
Inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods by email at info@whiskyquartier.de about your cancellation. You can also use our sample cancellation form. The return shipping costs are borne by you as the buyer.
What do I do if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?
Please contact us immediately at info@whiskyquartier.de with photos of the damage. We will quickly find a solution for you.
🔞 Youth Protection & Age Verification
What is the minimum age to order from Whiskyquartier?
The purchase of alcohol in Germany is only permitted from the age of 18. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
How is my age verified?
Age verification takes place upon delivery by the delivery person. Please have a valid photo ID (identity card, passport, or driver's license) ready. If age cannot be verified, delivery will be refused.

What whiskies do you stock?
Our assortment includes over 150 carefully curated whiskies from all over the world: Scottish Single Malts from Speyside, Highland, Islay, Islands, and Lowlands, Irish Whiskeys, Japanese Whiskies, American Bourbons, Danish, German, and African rarities. Special strength: limited editions and distillery exclusive bottlings.
Do you also offer whisky samples?
Yes! In our collection Whisky Samples – Trial Bottles, you will find small bottlings to try before buying a whole bottle.
How do I know if a whisky suits me?
Each product page contains detailed tasting notes with descriptions of nose, palate, and finish. If you have any questions, we are also happy to advise you personally – just write to us!
