Kilchoman – Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

This Islay distillery was founded in 2005 and follows a consistently traditional approach. It is one of the few farm distilleries in Scotland and covers several production steps on site.

The style is distinctly peaty, fresh, and maritime. Maturation takes place predominantly in ex-bourbon and sherry casks.

Bottling usually takes placewithout cooling filtrationandwithout added colorant.
