Collection: Auchentoshan

The Auchentoshan Collection has embodied unique Lowland elegance since 1823 through its characteristic triple distillation – a rare tradition in Scotland, otherwise practiced only in Ireland. This method produces an exceptionally pure alcohol content of 80% ABV after distillation and gives the whiskies their distinctive smoothness. The portfolio includes the 12 Years Old, matured in bourbon and sherry casks; the American Oak, with citrus and vanilla notes; and the complex Three Wood , which matures successively in American bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez casks. Characterized by light, nutty profiles with lemongrass and herbal notes, it is ideal as an aperitif. After being destroyed by bombing in 1941 and rebuilt in 1948 , Auchentoshan, now owned by Beam Suntory, is one of the last active distilleries in the Central Lowlands . Each bottling combines centuries-old tradition with modern Lowland character – smooth, complex and approachable.
