Dingle Distillery – Irish Single Malt Whiskey

The distillery is located on the Atlantic coast in southwest Ireland and was founded in 2012. It is one of the first independent distilleries of the modern Irish whiskey renaissance.

Irish single malt whiskey is produced in small batches with a focus on cask diversity and artisanal production. The style ranges from fruity and mild to complex and spicy, depending on cask aging and maturation.

The bottlings are clearly of Irish origin and transparently documented.
