The fourth edition of the "Quiet Rebels" series is dedicated to Amy Stammers, the Head of Sustainability, and reflects her preference for particularly fruit-driven profiles. The artisanal peculiarity lies in the choice of casks: in addition to classic ex-bourbon barrels and STR red wine casks, rare Maury fortified wine casks from France were used for 19%. This organically certified whisky was bottled in September 2024 in recycled glass and underscores the distillery's status as a certified B Corporation.
