The millions-of-years-old peat shapes the island's landscape and gives this single malt its distinctive, original character. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% vol., it is non-chill filtered and free of added colourants – an unadulterated taste of the untamed.

Colour

Natural gold with warm, bright reflections.

Aroma

Plenty of peat and freshly extinguished campfire, accompanied by light citrus notes, the sweetness of ripe quinces, and a fine hint of pepper.

Palate

Powerful smoke and prominent peat open the taste. Behind them, a beautiful malty sweetness and fresh oak notes emerge. Despite its intensity, the alcohol remains pleasantly subdued.

Finish

Medium-long and balanced with peat, malt candy, and fresh oak.
