The GlenAllachie 2015/2025 Sinteis Series Part II embodies the visionary craftsmanship of Master Distiller Billy Walker. This second edition of the Sinteis series (Scottish Gaelic for "synthesis") represents a harmonious fusion of two distinctive cask types: rare Scottish virgin oak barrels and traditional Oloroso sherry casks. Distilled in 2015, this Speyside single malt underwent nine years of maturation.

An intense bouquet of mocha and grilled honeycomb, accompanied by sun-dried red berries and creamy cinnamon butter. Roasted lemon peel and rich muscovado sugar round out the flavor profile.

palate

A complex composition of heather honey, vibrant citrus fruits, and gently warmed baking spices, accompanied by crisp ginger cookies and poached orchard fruits. The vanilla sweetness of the Virgin Oak blends seamlessly with the warm spices from the Oloroso sherry casks.
