Experience an exceptional blended cask project with Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey, uniting the full complexity of three special cask types: Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. This bottling impressively showcases the artistry of the Dingle distillery in the harmonious combination of different maturation experiences.

The whiskey was triple distilled in traditional pot stills and matured with great care in selected bourbon, oloroso, and PX sherry casks. This gives it a complex aroma in which vanilla pods, ripe dried fruits, and subtle spice notes combine to create a distinctive depth.

Scent: The nose is treated to sweet vanilla, ripe figs, raisins, and spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
