Toffee and anise, accompanied by nutmeg and baking spices, candied ginger, vanilla and yellow fruits such as peach and pear, rounded off with lemon and honey.

finish

Long, slow-drying with ginger, white pepper, oak and a hint of fine bitterness that adds structure and depth.
